A German tuner has built a Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV.

German tuner Delta4x4 has transformed a Rolls-Royce Cullinan into a very luxurious overlanding rig.

Who would want such a car? according to Motor1, the modified luxury SUV was commissioned by a customer in the Arabian Peninsula. if you have never heard of Delta4x4, the company has done some interesting projects, including an off-road version of the Porsche 911 and a Suzuki Jimny portal-axle version, among other interesting projects.

The Cullinan comes with the usual off-road equipment, including brush bars with spotlights, skid plates, snorkels, and a roof rack with a roof-top tent. This seems like a downgrade from the luxurious interior located just below, but is mandatory for overland vehicles.

The Delta 4x4 also has wider fenders that wrap around the 20-inch wheels (actually smaller than the 22-inch wheels on the stock Cullinan) and 33-inch Mickey Thompson off-road tires. The company also offers a 3.15-inch lift kit that, when combined with the taller tires, makes the Cullinan 5.9 inches taller than stock.

No obvious changes were made to the powertrain. Behind the traditional Rolls-Royce pantheon grille is a twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 producing 563 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The automaker has announced a top speed of 155 mph for the stock version, but the improved version's overrunning gears may slow that performance somewhat.

The list price for the conversion is 150,000 euros ($163,222 at current exchange rates). This does not include the price of the Cullinan donor vehicle, which has a factory price starting at about $300,000. The price for the lift kit alone is $16,280, and the list price for the widened fenders is $15,195.
